Both our Professional Virtual Assistant course and our Advanced Virtual Assistant course include an exam, which upon completion will earn you your certification. We require a passing score of over 70%, and you have one retry.

Are there any ongoing fees as part of the course?

What is the course curriculum, and how long will it take to complete the course?

There are no minimum requirements or prerequisites. You’ll need a laptop or PC with an internet connection to access the course content, and a credit card, debit card, or Paypal account to sign up.
Does the course cover the latest trends and technologies in the virtual assistant field?
Yes, this is covered in Unit 6.
Do I have to pay extra if I need help after I finish the program?
No, we offer email support with any questions you may have after finishing the course, within reason.
Is this virtual assistant certification 100% online?
Yes, our virtual assistant training is 100% online. There are no in-person sessions to attend.
Do I earn a certificate after completing this course?
Yes, you will receive a digital certificate which will be emailed to you after completing the course and passing the exam.
Is the course flexible, and can I take breaks or postpone my studies if necessary?
Yes, you receive lifetime access, so you can complete your learning in one month, or one year, or even two years if needed. There is no time limit set for completing the course and exam.
Are there any additional fees or expenses I should be aware of, such as for textbooks, materials, or exams?
There are no additional costs other that what you pay to sign up.

How is the course structured?
When you sign up you’ll receive login details to your course dashboard. From here, you can access the bonus resources, and see all the units you have access to. This is either 6 units if you signed up for the Professional Course, or all 10 units if you signed up for the Advanced Course. Once you work through the units, you’ll get access to the exam which earns your certification.
