What is the format of the course?
The course is 100% online and delivered via your online dashboard, which you get instant access to when signing up. The majority of the content is in written format, which is supplemented by slides and interactive quizzes.
Are the virtual assistant courses online?
Yes, all our courses are online only. There are no in-person workshops to attend, and we have students from around the world – particularly United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, an the United Kingdom. We have no physical office and our employees are all working from home, freelancers, or virtual assistants themselves!
Does the virtual assistant course offer lifetime access?
Yes. Many online courses have annual renewal fees, or “membership” fees, but we feel it is better value for money if we just offer one payment for lifetime access to our course content. There are no annual renewal fees here at the Virtual Assistant Institute.
What is the best virtual assistant course available?
Our best course is our Advanced Course. It offers everything found within the Professional Course but also has an additional four units of content.
Do you need certification to be a virtual assistant?
No, you don’t technically need a certification to become a virtual assistant. A certification does however prepare you better for the job, and helps you land more jobs by improving your CV and cover letter.
